Top Performing Charter Schools Now Accepting Student Applications

Alliance College-Ready Public Schools is now accepting applications for its top performing schools including several campuses serving students in my district.

They are:
Gertz-Ressler High School and Richard Merkin Middle School (University Park area)
Environmental Science and Technology High School(Glassell Park)
College-Ready Middle Academy #5 (Lincoln Heights)

Alliance-College is a charter school organization offering a college-prep curricula for students in academically low-performing, overcrowded Los Angeles communities. Applications are for incoming 9th graders and incoming 6th graders for the 2010-11 academic year. Alliance public charter schools was recently featured in the Los Angeles Times story "L.A. Charter Schools Flex Their Educational Muscles."
