Reyes Installs New Bike Racks at CARECEN Day Labor Union in Pico Union

Reyes recently hacked away at a new bike rack at the CARECEN Day Labor Union in Pico Union. Four new bike racks were installed to provide bike parking for locals and workers. In conjunction with the City of Lights Program, the Los Angeles Department of Transportation and Reyes plan to make bicycling a viable, safe, and convenient option of transportation by offering safer facilities to park bicycles and bike passageways for commuters.
